I was sent two packages of the cream shake. I've tried tons of different shakes. In fact, I drink a shake every morning for breakfast. It's the basic shake you get at your local store so I can't say that I was expecting much out of the Body By Vi shake. 

I was trying to find out why they claimed their shake was better than others and found that theirs has-

I mixed my shake up and was ready to start my day. I was expecting a chalky taste but was pleasantly surprised! I liked it so much that I sucked it down and couldn't wait for the next one!
