Shaklee's Cinch Plan - Strawberry Shake Mix Review & Bar Giveaway

GIVEAWAY CLOSED
WINNER: ARTSAVESYOU

A few weeks ago, I received an email from April More, an independent Shaklee Distributor. I learned that Shaklee is a health and wellness company that sells cleaning products, vitamins, beauty products and weight loss aids. All of their products are 100% non-toxic. Shaklee was the first carbon neutral company, their beauty products are all paraben & phthalate free and their vitamins are guaranteed to be free from all impurities.

I was interested in learning more after reading all of that but when I saw that she was a Zumba Instructor, I was sold. Wonder what that has to do with anything? You know I LOVE ZUMBA and for an instructor to believe in a product so much they'd become a distributor intrigues my interest!

Shaklee has a CINCH PLAN. "Losing weight can be as simple as it is difficult. We (Shaklee) get that. That's why we created a plan that's personalized, yet easy to follow."
The Cinch Inch Loss Plan is Powered by Leucine™ and specially formulated to help you break the diet cycle, so you:
  • Keep muscle you have
  • Burn fat you don't need
  • Lose inches you don't want

Your Cinch Starter Kit includes:
  • chocolate shake mix canister (15 servings)
  • vanilla shake mix packets (14 servings)
  • 3-in-1 boost™(42 count)
  • assortment pack snack bars (10 count)
  • energy tea mix (28 sticks)
  • daily journals (2)
  • cinch program guide
  • cinch logo shaker cup
  • cinch pedometer
  • cinch tape measure
And don't forget that losing an inch ought to involve laughing it off.
From everything I've read about the Cinch program, It looks fantastic! You get everything you need and for the price of $228, your really getting a good deal!

I had the chance to review the Cinch Shake Mix - a healthy, delicious, complete meal and a no-brainer to make. Prepared as directed, each shake boasts tons of protein to keep you feeling full and satisfied.

I was sent the strawberry shake mix.
'Sip the taste of bodacious berries. Luxurious and velvety with a burst of sweetness, it's the taste of a lazy afternoon. Ideal for breakfast or lunch, it's got protein to keep you feeling full, Leucine to help you keep muscle, and a bright scrumptious flavor to keep you smiling.'
The first thing I noticed, was the size! It's huge and has 15 servings inside.
I'll tell you that I'm not a huge breakfast person. I don't like to spend time cooking when I have a million other things that I need to do. So grabbing a Strawberry Shake and mixing it up, fits right into my plan!
I'll also tell you that I can't eat the same thing over and over again so I had fun experimenting with different recipes! ;)  First, the directions say to just mix with a cup of milk so I tried that. I mixed it by hand really good. I didn't mix that great so I threw it into a blender. I loved the strawberry taste but it came with a chalky aftertaste. The next day, I added in fresh fruit and I loved the taste of that too! There so many different ways you can create fun new delicious recipes! Next, I plan to do either peanut butter then yogurt!

All in all, I thought the shake was a quick and easy way to fit in your breakfast. I love knowing that I'm not only working on being more healthy but also losing weight at the same time!
You can purchase Shaklee's Shake Mix directly through April More's website:
The shake is $48 unless your a member it's $40.80!

I took the free analysis. I learned my BMI, my daily caloric needs, and that I was already in the healthy category. Pretty neat. racingandsavingmama at gmail dot com
